About the course

Now more than ever, it has become important to learn practices and techniques to help find balance and cultivate calm, compassion and peace. This comprehensive course will equip you with mindfulness techniques from scratch to ground yourself, recognize the inner-critic and disengage from painful self-judgment, develop more clarity and develop concentration skills to enjoy life beyond the self-limitations.

The classes include practical teachings, guided meditations, short group discussions and suggested home practice.

Class structure:

We meet 8 times one week apart for 90 minutes (first and last class will be 2 hours)

This 8-week course is designed to help you develop awareness and compassion, leading to less anxiety, depression and anxiety, strengthening inner-resilience, inner-confidence and deepening relationships, ultimately supporting your emotional wellbeing.

Numerous scientific researches show that self-compassion is a source of inner-strength, empowerment and leads to increased productivity, decreased stress and increased wellbeing. It’s a catalyst for wellbeing, helping you reclaim your life with dignity.

Requirements:

  • Attend each session as each session will be unique and there is a course progression
  • Meditate daily for 30 to 45 minutes
  • Have a device that allows you to play the course guided meditation audios at home
  • Be respectful at all times and adhere to the group rules which will be drafted in the beginning
