Deep happiness is possible.

Pronouns: she/her

The training starts by acknowledging that you are already enough just as you are. That will leave room for you to continue to grow and develop. You can add a pinch of silliness into it.

A little bit about me

I feel incredibly fortunate to love what I do.

I teach in an accessible and sometimes playful way if you catch me live (no way I will leave any recordings of my silliness).

Let’s get real though. I love Tony’s Chocolonely caramel sea salt chocolate bars, cookies, Ube ice cream (it’s a purple vanilla like flavour). I try to be an example of elegance and charisma to my little daughter Sara who, for some reason, thinks I’m just goofy. But you probably wondered about my own path in mindfulness and teaching.

The rest was just blahblah, just skip to here for my qualifications and experience:

I have been practicing meditation and yoga since 2008 mainly having studied and practiced both non-secular and secular mindfulness. I am certified to deliver Positive Neuroplasticity Training by Dr Rick Hanson to help strengthen individuals’ inner resilience. I am also a certified trauma sensitive mindfulness teacher.

I have taken part in a year long certification at The Engaged Mindfulness Institute with Dr Fleet Maull and learned from world renowned mindfulness teachers, neuroscientists, psychologists and trauma experts. I teach mainstream, non-secular mindfulness and base my practice and teachings on the latest neuroscience and contemplative traditions. I am also in the process of becoming a certified Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher and will be able to deliver Mindful Self-Compassion trainings towards the end of 2023.

I find the practices of mindfulness and meditation completely transformative. As I deepened my practice, I was able to relate to my feelings of unworthiness, anxiety, worry in a rather radically different way and I am dedicated to helping others find ways to improve their mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

I have helped companies, non-profits, civil rights lawyers, busy entrepreneurs, committed individuals and more create custom trainings, workshops, programs and mentoring sessions to strengthen resilience and improve wellbeing.

Drop me an email at info@navinesgoodspace.com if you are interested in bringing mindfulness and mindful self-compassion to your community, organisation or work with me one-to-one.

Shall we practice together?

I regularly host in-person events in South West London. Come and join us!
